Is it possible to hide everything but the video frame in Chrome or Edge?

Is it possible to hide everything but the video frame in Chrome or Edge? Or maybe via another Chromium browser implementation which allows that?
I just want to see the video frame, nothing else. No tab bar, no fav bar, no border, no window frame and icons, nothing, just the video frame with no border.
The upscale of Chrome is unacceptable to use full screen scaling (F11). It will ruin the video and make it blurry. Ive tested that Edge only feature called "clarity boost" https://news.xbox.com/en-us/2021/11/29/clarity-boost-with-xbox-cloud-gaming-on-edge-browser/ but I dont see any difference, still looks blurry.
Chromium uses bad bicubic algorithm for video and picture upscale, which is suboptimal and will render details blurry, example:

Left is normal Edge video upscale (F11 mode) from 1080p to 4k, right is LS1 upscale via LossLess Scaling.
So I want to use LossLess scaling ( https://store.steampowered.com/app/993090/Lossless_Scaling/ ) but for that you need only the video frame.
Is there some Chromium browser or addon which does allow to disable all window frame elements except the render frame?

YouTube filter: Hide "1080p Premium" in the video quality menu

I'm sure many of you have heard that YouTube has been rolling out a new playback option it calls "1080p Premium" with an "Enhanced bitrate", found under YouTube Player > Settings > Quality. Attempting to block this field with uBlock's element picker was a futile endeavor, as the menu disappeared the moment I clicked away. Fortunately, I've constructed a custom filter that hides this pesky setting, with the help of Xpath:
youtube.com##:xpath(//div[contains(@class, "ytp-menuitem") and contains(.//span, "1080p Premium")])

Before AfterI'm by no means an expert when it comes to constructing filters, and I'm sure there are more elegant ways to block this particular playback option, so if any of you have any suggestions on how this filter can be improved, I'm all ears!

Looking for a particular Hide & Seek video

Hi folks! I've been desperately trying to find one particular Sidemen hide & seek video that Josh won and I can't seem to locate it, so I thought I'd ask here to see if anyone can help.
Things I remember from the video:
- Definitely an indoors component to the game, most likely a house of some kind (it wasn't the castle video).
- Vik + 2 other people were found all in the same room basically
- Josh won the game, he folded himself into the bottom shelf of a cupboard under the stairs and everyone was shocked that he fit in there.
I've been scouring my youtube search history and no luck, but if anyone could help me identify it I'd be very grateful! Thank you!

I've definitely had it where I can't talk to Oliver during the first round of hide and seek (when he's "mid-run"). If you can stay hidden for one more round, he'll run to the spot where he stands when you first talk to him, and then you have the option to talk to him.
